چکیده
The need for rabbit pellets is increasing along with the maintenance of rabbits in North Sumatra. This study aims to determine feed consumption (FC), avarage daily gain (ADG), and conversion ratio (FCR), male local given fermented kepok banana peel (KBP) pellets. fermentation used this was using microorganisms based on KBP. research conducted by Dr. Hamza No. 5 Sumatra Province from October 2020 December 2020.The design a randomized block (RBD) 3 treatments, groups each group consisted so that 27 were obtained. treatments P0 = 40% KBP without pellets, P1 P2 60% Determination body weight following groupings: K1: 418 g - 458 g, K2: 459 499 K3: 500 540 g.The results P0, showed value FC (g / head day) 83.76; 84.58; 86.83 respectively. TheADG 11.47; 12.79; 15.01 FCR 7.45; 6.78; 5.93 conclusion shows utilization up level more efficient use increase Feed Consumption, Average Daily Gain, Income OverFeed Cost reduce Convertion Ratio rabbits.

Utilization of waste ripe Banana , and peels for Bio ethanol production using Saccharomyces
Dried and ground peel biomass, ripe waste banana and Hydrolyzed peels of green and red banana used for bio ethanol production by Saccharomyces cerevisiae with shake flask culture. The substrate was given with different concentration as 1%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10% (w/v) along with 1% inoculum. Saccharomyces cerevisiae exhibited maximum yield of ethanol in ripened red banana and their hydrolyzed p...

متن کاملAnatomo-Pathological Consequences of Mycotoxins Contamination in Rabbits Feed
Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced by certain filamentous microscopic fungi, which occur naturally in the environment and may persist in animal feed. A mycotoxin contaminated diet may lead to feed refusal, poor feed conversion, diminished body weight gain and causes pathological effects associated with gross and histological changes, which are responsible for great economical losses....
متن کاملOptimization of Process Parameters for Vinegar Production Using Banana Fermentation
Vinegar fermentation was essentially a two-step process comprising the anaerobic conversion of sugars to ethanol (C2H5OH) and the aerobic oxidation of ethanol to acetic acid (CH3CO2H). It was to be found that vinegar could be successfully produced from the juice extracted from banana using yeast and Acetobacter. Banana fruit pulp was a suitable raw material for ethanol production by fermentatio...
متن کاملPurification and Characterization of Α-amylase Produced by Aspergillus Niger Using Banana Peels
The present study was aimed at purification and characterization of α-amylase enzyme from strain of Aspergillus niger isolated from local soil samples. Solid state fermentation (SSF) was carried out to produce α-amylase from A. niger using waste banana peel as substrate. The maximum activity of α-amylase (11926 U/gds) was recorded after 72 hours of fermentation. The extracted enzyme was subject...
